Return and Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging with no additional markings on the shoe box. Customers need to fill out the return form inside of the box and send it back with their shoes.


Please enclose the return form and packing slip in the carton and return to Warson Brands. Please clearly indicate on the return form the reason for your return. The credit card used to make the purchase will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product. Please use the enclosed free return label for free return shipping.
